Welcome to the Padel Tennis Guide! We know how it feels to be enthusiastic about padel but held back by confusion—finding courts, booking them, choosing kit, learning rules. These hurdles shouldn’t stop anyone. That’s why Padel Tennis Guide exists: to show beginners the way in, support them at each step, and celebrate every milestone on the court.
What is Padel Tennis?
Padel tennis combines elements of tennis, squash, and racquetball, offering a unique and engaging sport that’s easy to pick up but challenging to master. Played in doubles on an enclosed court about a third the size of a tennis court, padel is not only a great way to stay active but also incredibly social and fun, contributing to its rapidly growing popularity.

Steph & Jen—just two everyday people who fell in love with padel and realised how tricky it is to actually get started. We’re new ourselves and learning right alongside you. We built this site to be the backbone of your journey—an honest, friendly space where you can make mistakes, ask questions, and keep improving. This site is the culmination of our efforts to fill that gap
